This illustration will be featured on my artbook, which will be available by December. The theme for the artbook is all about boys and their cats :) I'm still thinking of a name for the book. Any ideas?

Dazai- Process

So, I've finally finished painting Dazai-san ^v^
It took me a while to upload, because I had to compress all the videos from the process to make this video. Hope you like it!

Btw, this year I will be at Comic.Con Portugal in December. Looking forward to it :)

HakYona Watercolour

This watercolour was a lot of fun to do!

I really enjoy the work of Kusanagi Mizuho, and wanted to make some Hak and Yona fan art.

Here's the work in progress:

Lineart

Make main shadows and add masking fluid to small details

Add some flat colours

More flat colours. Remove masking fluid

Done!

It was the first time I ever used masking fluid on a watercolour painting, and I couldn't have imagined how much it helped with the details. 

I tried to keep the number of layers to a minimum to preserve the transparency of the watercolour (this painting has no more than 4 layers), and that's why I made the main shadows first. It's very easy to keep on adding pigment if the shadows aren't planned T_T
